Fifth international fair of investment projects REXPO is opened on 24 November 2016 under the patronage of, Mrs. Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, president of Croatia

REXPO is international fair of investment projects, which in area of 2.500m2 of exhibition space converge domestic and foreign investors who represent the best investment projects in the region.
REXPO Fair, beside others, provides an opportunity for presentation of projects, companies and services, investments potentials promotion of cities and countries in the region, expert discussions, panel conferences and educational lectures, business meetings and meeting of key stakeholders in field of industry from countries in the region. 

The Fair was opened with exposure given byDirector of the Agency for Investment and Competitiveness of Croatia Mr. Damir Novinić, on topic: "Why invest in Croatia". 

Representatives of Secretariat for Development Projects participated at the first day of the fair, within the panel “Regional Investment Outlook – Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and Montenegro”. The moderator of the panel was Mr. Ervin Pašanović, director of company Adventis Real Estate form Serbia while other panelists were respected representatives from the countries in the region. 
Maja Vuković, representative of Secretariat for Development Projects of Montenegro, within her exposure, presented the current investment environment, advantages of investments in Montenegro, key projects that are being realized in Montenegro and investment locations opened for potential investors. Investment potential in neighboring countries, challenges that the investors are facing during the realization of investments as well as the efforts made by key stakeholders with the aim to improve the investment environment and to reduce potential business barriers, were also topics at the panel. 

During the two days long fair, topics and themes that were discussed concerned new cycle of green-field investments, energy efficiency, investment of projects in the Adriatic region, key infrastructure projects on the European transport corridors in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as investment potentials of state property, nautical capacities at the Eastern Adriatic and course of hotel investments.
